Hotel Description

The Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel is a modern, red- brick hotel situated one mile from Manchester International Airport and eight miles from the city centre. This three- floor property features 215 contemporary guestrooms with cream walls and colourful touches including red armchairs and scatter cushions, carpeted floors and modern dark-wood furnishings. Premium bedding includes down comforters, custom duvets and cotton-rich white linen. Amenities include cable television, dial-up Internet connections, tea and coffee-making facilities, telephones, minibars and bathrooms with complimentary toiletries.
Residents enjoy complimentary access to the 20-metre indoor pool, decorated with Grecian-style pillars, tiled terraces and potted plants. After a swim, guests can relax in the spa tub whilst taking in views of the hotel grounds. The airport's bus network provides direct services to many local centres, as well as links to other towns and cities. All buses call at the airport bus station located outside Terminal 1 International Arrivals. Parts of Manchester city centre are pedestrianised and there is a good bus and tram network covering the city. Taxis can be hailed in the street. Driving directions: From the airport, follow the M56 and at Junction 6 (Hale). Keep in the left-hand lane (Hale, Altrincham) and pass underneath the motorway. At the roundabout, take the third entrance to the hotel.
